The real Crawfish Monica®, made famous at the Jazz and Heritage Festival, will now be available for you to take home and serve to your family and friends all year ‘round. Kajun Kettle is celebrating their best Fest ever, 2009, by offering their most famous dish to the public 27 years after introducing it at the Fest.
“It’s a great way to celebrate this 27- year milestone – for years, we’ve had thousands of people wanting the dish the other 358 days of the year. Now you can enjoy Crawfish Monica® before, during, and after Jazz Fest! People of all ages, from all over the world, just love it!”, says Monica Davidson.
The heat‘n serve delicacy will be available in the seafood departments at all Rouse’s Supermarkets by May 29th, as well as other fine Grocers. It comes conveniently packed in a 46 oz microwavable, dishwasher-safe container; a 28 oz mixture of the fabulous Crawfish Monica® Sauce with delectable Crawfish tails, and 18 oz of fully cooked Rotini Pasta. It’s delicious and easy to prepare. You can stock it in your freezer for everyday meals. One container feeds 5 – 7 hungry people, depending on portion size.
The Crawfish Monica® sauce w/ crawfish is paired with the same fully cooked pasta that is served at the Fest. It is a high quality rotini which is heated directly in the sauce- once the sauce and pasta are hot, it is ready. You don’t need to boil water or cook it al dente or use extra pots. Best of all, it tastes great.

Fed several thousand Emergency Crews, First Responders and Government
officials Post- Gustav at the Convention Center in New Orleans.
Fed many thousands of Post-Gustav storm survivors in other parishes throughout the State by order of the Department of Homeland Security.
Catered New Orleans National Events including Basketball Final Four Private Party in Jackson Square and 15,000-person Starbucks Convention in the Warehouse District.
DONATIONS:
Kajun Kettle Employee Kurt Hery volunteered to take our donated food,
transport and serve it to over 2,000 Flood Victims and Helpers in Iowa.
Fed over 240 volunteers who were building a new playground at a New Orleans Mid-City school breakfast and lunch.
