 Food has a direct connection to the heart. Last month we received a text from Katherine D. of East Alton, Illinois on Valentines Day, whose Crawfish Monica Kit was delayed due to severe snowy weather. Katherine and her fiance were planning to have a delicious Crawfish Monica kit on the Feast of Saint Valentine and a little snow storm wasn't going to stop them! As the sun set, the Illinois natives embarked on a winter's journey to get their much anticipated meal. They finally came upon the delayed delivery truck and made the handoff in person. They say food tastes better when you work hard for it. I'm sure that was the best bowl of Crawfish Monica Katherine has ever had! We tip our hat to the happy couple!
